Scott E. Winslow

Scott E. Winslow, 54, Weedville, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 14, 2018. He was born October 25, 1963 in DuBois, PA.  Scott is the son of Gary E. Winslow of Benezette & the late Mary Jane (Showers) Parisi.

Scott married Vicki (Leair) Winslow on April 24, 1993. She survives in Weedville. He is also survived by two sisters Jodie Winslow of Force & Pam (Ray) Mong of Benezette, one brother Bary Jon (Andrea) Winslow of Fayetteville, NC.

In addition to his mother, Scott is also preceded in death by his step-father John Parisi and a brother Michael Winslow.

Scott had worked for Rockwell in DuBois in the past and has been a machinist at SGL Carbon in St. Marys for over 20 years.

Scott has lived all his life in the valley.  He is well known for his enjoyment of tinkering with cars, building cars and racing them on the local dirt tracks, riding ATV’s and being a wonderful husband.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 from 2 – 4 p.m. and 6 – 8 p.m. and again on Thursday, January 18, 2018, from 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. at the Ralph M. Geer Funeral Home, Penfield, PA.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated, 10:00 a.m., Thursday, at the St. Joseph Catholic Church of Force, PA with Father Mark Mastrian as celebrant.

Interment will take place in the St. Cecilia Cemetery, Benezette, PA.
