Ruth A. (Mann) Cameroni

Ruth A. Cameroni, age 93, of Force, PA, passed away Saturday, October 22, 2022 at her residence. She was born June 04, 1929 in Clearfield, a daughter of the late Jesse & Freda (Peterson) Mann. She married David F. Cameroni on May 17, 1952, who preceded her in death in 2005.

She was born and raised in Clearfield and graduated from Clearfield High School. She had started working at GC Murphy’s in Clearfield when she was 16 years old and worked there at different times throughout her life. She moved to Force in 1952 and has resided there since. Ruth was a member of St. John Lutheran church of Clearfield, but always found the time to volunteer for funeral luncheons that were held at St. Joseph Church of Force.

Ruth leaves behind three children, Caren Klaiber, Colleen (Mark) Gagliardi, and Michael Cameroni all of Force, a sister Pauline Kassab of Curwensville, six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by two sisters Patricia Shaffer and Dorothy Heitzenrater, two brothers John and Tom Mann and a son-in-law Paul Klaiber.

Public Visitation will be held on Friday, October 28, 2022 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. and also on Saturday from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. at the Ralph M. Geer Funeral Home of Penfield, PA.

Funeral Services will be held, 10:00 a.m., Saturday October 29, 2022 at the Funeral Home with Pastor Robert Way.
