Robert G. Shaffer

Robert G. Shaffer, age 73, of South Street, Rockton, PA, died suddenly, Thursday, April 16, 2026.  A son of the late Glenn F. and Irene (Robbins) Shaffer, he was born on July 23, 1952 in DuBois, PA. 

Bob is survived by two sons, Robert J. (Linda) Shaffer of North Abington, PA, and Brian Shaffer of Westfield, PA; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Besides his parents, Bob was predeceased by his only sibling, Ronald Shaffer.

Bob was a DuBois High School Graduate and worked many years as a machine operator for Rockwell.  He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and loved farming.

There will be no public visitation and no services at this time.
