Lonald L. Ramsey

Lonald L. “Lonnie” Ramsey, age 79 of Redwood Ave., Weedville, PA, died May 22, 2026 at the DuBois Nursing Home.  A son of the late William M. and Velma (Ramiage) Ramsey, he was born on June 23, 2026 in Bradenville, PA.  On November 29, 2010 he married Nancy (Fetter) who survives at home.

Along with his wife, Lonnie is survived by a son, Ted Kroupa and two grandchildren, Zach and Chloe Kroupa.

Lonnie lived most of his life in Derry Township and has been a Bennetts Valley resident since 2014.  He served five years in the US Navy Seabees.  He worked fourteen years with Westinghouse and many years in construction.  He was an avid hunter, including Black Powder Flintlock.  He is a past member of the Derry Legion Honor Guard and past officer of the Derry Legion and the Derry VFW.

At Lonnie’s request, there will be no visitation and services will be private.
