Obituary

Linda Sue Lansberry, age 63, of First Avenue, Johnsonburg, PA, died December 14, 2020 at Penn Highlands-Elk after a lengthy illness.  A daughter of the late Earl and Patricia (Seymour) Schooley, she was born on June 18, 1957 in Cleveland Ohio.

Linda is survived by: three children, Robert (Rochelle) Thompson of Johnsonburg, Patricia Thompson of Reynoldsville and Monica Lansberry of DuBois, PA; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Along with her parents, Linda was predeceased by: her long-time partner, Sonny Baldwin; two brothers, Arthur and Michael and a granddaughter, Taylor in infancy.

Born and raised in Ohio, Linda lived most of her life in DuBois, PA, seven years in Vancouver, WA, and most recently in Johnsonburg, PA. She worked as a Care Aide in nursing homes, enjoyed arts and crafts and especially enjoyed her grandchildren.

There will be no visitation.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

The family will be accepting online condolences and suggests memorials donation to offset funeral expenses at www.nedzafamilyfuneralhomes.com.

The Ubel Funeral Home of Johnsonburg has been entrusted with final arrangements.
