Gayle E. Snyder

Gayle E. Snyder, age 78, of Apple Street, Weedville, PA, died unexpectedly on December 9, 2024 at Penn Highlands-DuBois.  A daughter of the late Clyde and June (Bricen) Snyder, she was born on September 4, 1946 in DuBois, PA.

Gayle is survived by: a son, Stacey (Denise Cuneo) Snyder of Byrnedale; a granddaughter, Elodie Snyder; and a sister, Susie (Joseph) Wortman of Kersey.

Gayle lived all her life in Bennetts Valley and had worked at Stackpole Carbon and Sylvania until her retirement in 2000.  She Enjoyed spending time with friends and was a member of the “Red Hats”.  She especially enjoyed spending time with her granddaughter.

There will be no public visitation.

Private services will be held by the family.

Interment will take place in the Gardner Hill Cemetery of Weedville.
