It is with great sadness that the Kozminski family announces the death of Francis J. Kozminski (Franko, Fran, “This Guy”), who passed away unexpectedly on February 26, 2022 at age 51. Fran grew up in the small town of Force, PA and has been residing in Harrisburg, PA.

Fran was an accomplished professional. After graduating from St. Marys High school, he went on to gain his B.S. Degree in Management from IUP and his MBA from Penn State Harrisburg.

He spent over 20 years working with Aetna, now CVS Health, and most recently served as a Senior Manager of Project Management Enrollment for CVS Health.

Fran had a tremendous love and pride for his family. He loved and adored his wife of 11 years, Jenny, his beloved daughter, Aiyana and his two puppies. Anyone that has met Fran, will remember him for his infectious personality, his sense of humor and his generosity. He had a heart of gold; was a caring, and all-around fun-loving guy that would do anything for anyone. He was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan; loved playing tennis, basketball and working out; was a huge history buff and loved playing Fantasy Football (current holder of 2008 & 2021 Phi Kappa Psi Champion).

Along with his wife Jenny Smith of Camp Hill, PA and his daughter, Aiyana Smith, Fran is survived by: his father, Michael Kozminski of Force, brother Brian Kozminski and wife Cindy and nephews, Benjamin and Michael of Greenville, and brother Matthew Kozminski and wife Kathleen of Cranberry.

Fran was predeceased by: his mother, Carol (Visneski) Kozminski, sister-in-law, Whendy Kozminski and nephew, Patrick Kozminski.

Public visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday, from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. at the Ralph M. Geer Funeral Home of Penfield, PA.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated, 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 3, 2022 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church of Force, PA with Father Mark Mastrian, celebrant.

Interment will take place in the Church Cemetery.
