Elizabeth "Beth" Schreiber Obituary

Elizabeth C. “Beth” Schreiber, age 81, of Erie Avenue, Johnsonburg, PA, died June 2, 2021 at home with family at her side.  A daughter of the late LaVerne L. and Nellie (Fisher) Schloder, Sr., she was born on May 9, 1940 in St. Marys, PA.  On August 8, 1998 she married Bernard J. Schreiber who predeceased her on April 1, 2016.

Besides her parents and husband, Beth was preceded in death by: a grandson, Anthony Rupprecht; a brother, LaVerne Schloder, Jr.; and three sisters, Maxine Wicks, Mary Lou Egger and Arlene Wegmer.

Beth is survived by: four children, Roxanne (Stephen) Skryzpek of Kersey, Dean Rupprecht of Morgantown, WV, Michael (Nancy) Rupprecht of St. Marys and Tracey (Richard) DeCecchis of Johnsonburg; ten grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; a brother, Robert (Diane) Schloder of Ridgway; and a sister, Patricia Woodward of St. Marys.

Living most of her life in St. Marys, Beth was a member of the St. Marys Catholic Church.  She lived the past five years in Johnsonburg and enjoyed gardening with her husband, trips to the casino and playing cards with friends.

There will be no visitation.

A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
