Douglas S. Good, age 60, of DuBois and recently of Uniontown, PA, died, unexpectedly, June 4, 2022 at his residence. A son of Lorene Marie (Carlson) Good of DuBois and the late Donald Good, he was born on June 21, 1961 in DuBois, PA.
Besides his father, Doug was predeceased by: a sister, Lori Good.
Along with his mother, Doug is survived by: two children, Rachel Ann (Michael) DiGilarmo of Weedville and Joshua Douglas (Brandi Sobotka) Good of Springdale, PA; four grandchildren, Michael, Daniel, Kaden and Laken; and two brothers, Daniel (Cheryl) Good of Big Run and Timothy (Mikki) Good of DuBois.
Doug had lived most of his life in the DuBois Area and the past two years in Uniontown. He had worked as a Residential Tree Trimmer for most of his life with his own business “Doug’s Tree Service”. He was a well-known, excellent Fisherman and enjoyed hunting and boating. Doug recently received his “Two Year Sobriety Badge” and currently enjoyed helping others through their recovery.
There will be no public visitation.
A celebration of life will be announced by the family at a later date.
Interment will take place in the Mt. Zion Cemetery of Weedville.
