Carmella A. (Guido) Cadori

Carmella A. Cadori, age 95, formerly of Bennetts Valley, died December 10, 2023 at Penn Highlands-DuBois.  The daughter of the late Anthony and Angelina (Pirraglia) Guido, she was born on April 28, 1928 in Windber, PA. 

Besides her parents, Carmella was predeceased by: her husband, Mario D. Cadori, in 1968; a daughter, Maria Cadori; and two brothers, Anthony “Tony”, Jr. and Frank Guido.

Carmella is survived by: a son, Mario A. Cadori of Crofton, MD; her daughter in law, Erika and two grandchildren, Francesca and Cathryn.

Carmella was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church of Force, PA, where she was very active through the years.  She was also a volunteer at the Bennetts Valley Senior Center. Carmella enjoyed reading, playing the slots at the casinos with her friends, and especially cooking and baking.  She was kind and generous, always putting others before herself.  She lived most of her life in Bennetts Valley.

There will be no Public Visitation.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held, 10:00 a.m., Saturday, December 16, 2023 at St. Joseph Catholic Church of Force, PA, with Father Mark Mastrian.

Interment will take place in the church cemetery.
