Sheridan L. Solada, age 82, of Shoemaker Road, Penfield, PA, died Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at home after a lengthy illness. A son of the late Russell and Mary (Conrad) Solada, he was born on July 14, 1938 in DuBois, PA. On January 27, 1967 he married Janice (Dush) who survives at home.
Along with his wife, Sheridan is survived by: four sons, Randy Solada of Penfield, Scott Solada of Penfield, Shawn (Victoria Haid) Solada of Reynoldsville and Mark (Joyce) Solada of Kersey, PA; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by: five siblings, Loretta Conrad, Arlene Sidelinger, his twin – Shelda Wagner, Everett Solada, and Gail Solada.
Sheridan served in the US Army Reserves and worked as a Mechanic for Triangle Springs for many years, retiring in 1990. Living all his life in Sabula, Rockton and Penfield, Sheridan enjoyed hunting, fishing and following Little League Baseball.
There will be no visitation.
A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
