Gloria J. (Wilhelm) Huff

Gloria J. Wilhelm-Oliver-Huff, age 88, of Marvin Street, Wilcox, died Monday, November 28, 2022 at Snyder Memorial Health Care of Marienville, after a short illness.

Gloria was born, February 27, 1934 in Wilcox, PA, the daughter of the late Kenneth Wilhelm and the late Iva (Carlson) Wilhelm-Kissel.

She graduated from Wilcox High School in 1952. She married the late Frank Oliver on October 5, 1954, at St. Annes Catholic Church in Wilcox, PA; he preceded her in death in 1968. She married the late Basil Huff on November 17, 1973 in Winchester, VA; he preceded her in death in 1998.

Gloria retired from working at the Grant House in Wilcox and previously worked at Stackpole in Kane and Johnsonburg.

She is survived by two sons, Tex Oliver of Wilcox and Rick (MaryAnn) Oliver of Wilcox, two daughters Colette (John) Williams of Kane and Darlene (Joshua) Bizzak of Wilcox, a son-in-law Joseph Weaver of Grafton, WV, a sister Suzanne (Jack) Rose of Omaha, NE, five grandchildren, Alicia (Brian) Dankesreiter of Wilcox, Jim Weaver of Grafton, WV, Sierra Williamsen of Durango, CO, Dylan (Delayna Lecker) Severance and Jaden Severance, and two great-grandchildren Stella and Oliver Dankesreiter.

In addition to her parents and two husbands, she was also predeceased by a son Bart Oliver and a daughter Gay Oliver Weaver.

There will be no visitation. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
