Gail Preiss Obituary

Gail E. Preiss, age 64, of Woodward Road, Penfield, PA, passed away on March 5, 2024 at UPMC Hamot, after a short illness. A daughter of the late Warren & Alice (Woodward) Preiss, she was born on June 29, 1959 in Baltimore, MD.

Besides her parents, Gail was predeceased by: a brother, Geoff Preiss; and a sister, Katherine Preiss; leaving her as the last of her immediate family.

Gail is survived by: Her uncle Norman (Sandy) Woodward and her aunt Rachell Muroff.

Gail retired from the IRS in 2015, where she worked as a Tax Resolution Representative.

She enjoyed crocheting, cross Stitching, cooking and her pets.

There will be no visitation.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Interment will take place in the Morningside Cemetery.
