Dorothy M. “Dot” Guaglianone, age 90, of Powers Avenue, Johnsonburg, PA died Friday, July 23, 2021 at her daughter’s home in Johnsonburg. A daughter of the late John and Kathryn (Corey) Bauer, Sr., she was born on February 11, 1931 in Johnsonburg, PA. On April 15, 1955 she married George F. Guaglianone, who survives in Johnsonburg.

Along with her husband, Dot is survived by: two children, Cheryl (Jim) Parana of Johnsonburg and Dan Guaglianone of Lake Harmony, PA; four grandchildren, Evan (Dominique) Parana of Pittsburgh, PA, Nathan (Lindsay) Guaglianone of Salt Lake City, UT, Gretchen Guaglianone of Irvine, CA, and Neal Guaglianone of Seattle, WA; and a great-grandchild, Sterling Parana of Pittsburgh, PA.

Besides her parents, Dot was predeceased by: a brother, John Bauer, Jr.; and a sister, Betty Guaglianone.

Dot graduated Wilcox High School, had worked at Stackpole Carbon in the past and was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.

There will be no visitation.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

The Ubel Funeral Home of Johnsonburg has been entrusted with final arrangements.
