Ruth L. (Guenther) Newburg

Ruth L. (Guenther) Newburg, 93, passed from this life Saturday, September 10, 2016. Born in Johnsonburg, PA she was the daughter of the late Carl “Charles” and Ida (Sallack) Guenther.

Ruth was a secretary for many years in the judicial and school systems in Miami, FL.

She was the wife of the late Harry Newburg, III and married for 42 years. She leaves 20 nieces & nephews; 36 great nieces & nephews; 79 great, great, nieces & nephews and 50 plus great, great, great, nieces & nephews.

Funeral Services will be held in St. John Lutheran Church, Johnsonburg, on Monday, September 19, 2016 at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be held prior to the service starting at 10:00 AM until time of service.

Burial will be in Wardvale Lutheran Cemetery, Johnsonburg, PA.
