EDUCATION: 1964 graduate of Johnsonburg High School.

OCCUPATION: LPN at Ridgway Elk Regional and LPN later in her thirties where she excelled at her studies.

NOTORIETY: Barbara loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and Great Grandchildren traveling or just those moments of creating or cooking with her loved ones.  She had many friends that  loved her and that she dearly loved.   Barb made it a weekly habit going to lunch, talking on the phone or a quick chat over a cup of tea with her friends..

Her children and grandbabies called her 'Gaggy' with even their friends picking up the habit making her smile.

She was an artist and enjoyed drawing Zentangles, making collages, fiber-art, sketching, etc. At her home you would find many components for these pieces being collected waiting to be made into something beautiful.

Barbara was also a member of Elk County Council on the ARTS and  a juried artist in the gallery with her 2-d sketches and Zentangles.

She truly loved to care for people which showed while employed as an LPN at Elk County Regional Hospital, Ridgway, Pa.  and outside of the hospital.  These people and job meant the world to her.

A great comfort at this time is that she  now has gone on to be with her son and parents.  Thank-you for your  thoughts and prayers at this time..
